Our Registered Forestry Professional (RFP 110) led the appraisal, conducting a detailed field inventory and applying ACFA’s national valuation standard. We accounted for species composition, log product grades, harvesting constraints and current market conditions. Drawing on deep local knowledge and valuation expertise, we prepared a clear, defensible report tailored to both vendor and purchaser needs.

The independent assessment allowed both parties to proceed with clarity and confidence. The vendor was able to factor timber value into their pricing, while the buyer relied on the analysis to support negotiations and satisfy due diligence.
